Built for Your Process
Friedrich vibration motors are available across an extensive range of types and configurations, allowing the motor to be selected according to the vibration requirements of the equipment and process.
Friedrich also manufactures special designs for applications requiring more specific operating characteristics, providing greater flexibility when selecting vibration equipment for individual installations.
At Spiral Elevator, the correct vibrator motor can be selected according to factors such as the required centrifugal force, operating speed, mounting arrangement and application, helping achieve reliable integration with your vibrating equipment.
How it Works
Friedrich vibration motors generate vibration using rotating unbalanced masses within the motor. As the motor rotates, the eccentric mass creates centrifugal force which is transferred into the equipment to produce controlled vibration.
The vibration force can be configured according to the application, allowing the motor to provide the level of excitation required for processes such as feeding, conveying, screening or compaction.
Friedrich has a long history in vibration technology and developed an early maintenance-free vibration motor using lifetime lubrication, reflecting the manufacturer's emphasis on durable industrial motor design.
