The ABI-HD vibrating elements are the heavy-duty versions of the corrosion-resistant ABI series and were developed for particularly demanding screening and conveying applications. Thanks to their optimized geometry, they offer significantly higher load capacities than the standard models. One example is the ABI-HD 50-2, which achieves approximately 40% higher load capacity - 14,000 N instead of 10,000 N for the ABI 50-2. This is due to a slightly increased natural frequency of about 2.7 Hz compared to 2.3 Hz, creating additional performance reserves for robust processes. ABI-HD elements demonstrate their strength particularly in mining and screening plants with fluctuating loads or potential overload situations. The combination of high load capacity, reliable vibration isolation, and durable stainless steel construction ensures reliable operation even under harsh environmental conditions. All ABI-HD vibration elements are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and have identical technical performance specifications as the standard AB-HD elements - ideal for corrosive or hygienically demanding applications.
