URAS vibration motors are made by URAS TECHNO in Japan, where the standard Uras Vibrator holds the top market share. Each motor is an electric motor with unbalanced weights on both ends of the shaft, a simple design refined over more than 65 years to minimise the effect of vibration on the motor and extend its service life.
The three-phase KEE range covers 47 models from 0.5 kN to 210 kN in 2, 4, 6 and 8 pole versions, and the KEEV flange-mount range adds six 4 and 6 pole models for circular screens.

The KEE range runs on three-phase 200 V or 400 V class supplies at 50 or 60 Hz, with other voltages and custom specifications available on request.
For circular screens and barrel finishing machines, the KEEV flange-mount motors create three-dimensional vibration from a single unit.
At Spiral Elevator, the correct URAS motor can be selected according to the required vibrational force, speed, mounting arrangement and application.
How it Works
URAS vibration motors generate vibration using unbalanced weights fitted to both ends of the motor shaft. As the motor rotates, the weights create centrifugal force that is transferred into the equipment to produce controlled vibration.
The weights can be adjusted to set the vibrational force, so the same motor can be tuned for feeding, conveying, screening or compaction.
